I too am having this problem. All 4 of us in the household get it all at the same time.

Update: VPN is a temporary fix.
So now when it happens all in my household exept me get disconnected.

I myself are not affected by this issue, however one of my friends is. Maybe someone else can check if this happens to them too.
Im convinced this issue is related to serverside character initialization.
My buddy with that issue was able to invite me to a group. he is unable to move as well.
i went over this location according to the map. His marker was in front of me but his character wasnât.
What i suspect is the server somehow has a data mismatch, tries to initialize the character, fails, but still responds to the client that it worked. The Character is only partially logged in. Chat works and depending on what data is mismatched, different degrees of freedom are achieved (some people can move for a few minutes, some canât etc).
For him it happened after he had a timeout on his end. His ISP restarted his connection automatically.

I would like to send you logs. Last response is counting up but Global / Recruit Chat still working. Server: Saena. Never encountered this during 21 lvls of Open Beta and 11 Closed.
VPN helped me
I hope you guys are able to fix the âlag detectedâ soon, i tryed doing the first dungeon and had this happen over and over atleast 6-7 times in a row. i had no chance to even try it out before the game stoped be totaly, if i try to reconnect to the group the game stops me just as i get in, so for now amrine is fully unplayable for me so i cant keep going through the story

I recommend trying out a VPN and see if that resolves your issues guys. For some of us, the problem seems to be how ISP handles the routes.
We canât play the game while rest is grinding. Really lovely. Please fix this asap. We want to play the game we paid for??

IS this issue still being looked at? Is there a fix we must do ourselves ? I had the lag detected issue on my server, since then i was unable to login on that character⌠I get the error: Timed out while waiting for server to describe the world

For anyone that have no idea how to use VPN i have some questions. 1 - Is it free to use? 2 - Is it hard to set up? 3 - can i still use my own country when using it or i have to set another country?

Ok so guys i just want to give you all an update on my end with this ââLag detectedââ issue im haveing. I tried useing NordVPN to see if it would do anything and so far i havent seen ââLag detectedââ at all for over 2 hours. Now i dont know it its fixed or not but its not optimal to use an VPN to fix this kind of stuff and im not telling you it will fix your issue aswell. I just took the chance in hope it would and so far its looking promising. Will most likely use it until the issue itself is resolved.
