Lag Detected, Internet Connection Gets Cut

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Alakapuri (AP Southeast)
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: ‘Lag Detected’ very consistently, this is most commonly triggered when opening Trading Post and Storage but also occurs anywhere else in the open world/expedition. Immediately after getting the ‘disconnected’ message, my internet connection gets cut momentarily.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Game constantly freezes and shows ‘Lag Detected’, sometimes the game reconnects but most of the time, I get disconnected and sometimes cannot reconnect for awhile.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, this happens unexpectedly but quite regularly.
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: Link to Video
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Connect to the server and play normally, the issue seems to occur randomly but it typically happens anytime before 11pm-12am +7 GMT.

I’m having the same issue. It started after the Saturday after the first maintenance/patch. I get Lag Detected and my internet connection cuts and I see in windows Task manager the game uses a lot of bandwidth. I contacted the support 2 weeks ago and this is what I got: “In this case the Developers has it as a known issue and is working right now to correct it, there isn’t an exact ETA for this patch but it will be added in New World shortly.”
