"Lag Detected" only on main character

Hi. So for the past month or two since I came back from a long hiatus. I have been receiving frequent “Lag Detected” game freezes. Sometimes it boots me to main menu; sometimes it refreshes. Occasionally it’s playable for awhile. Sometimes not. Not sure why it only happens on my main character. I have another character that got merged onto Yggdrasil with my main that I can play just fine. If I go create a character on another server I can play them just fine as well. Do I need to transfer my main character off of Yggdrasil to another server or something? I have tried a multitude of things hoping for a fix.

Restarted PC and internet along with the command prompts of ipconfig flushdns release etc( A LOT) ✓
Updated ALL of my drivers ✓
Tried changing the network settings IPV4 instead of IPV6 ✓
Lowered all of my in game graphics from 1440 to 1080. Turned off V-sync. Everything set to low etc ✓
Allowed New World through my firewall (even tried turning off firewall completely at one point) ✓
Port forwarded New World ✓
Verify integrity of files on steam ✓
Uninstalled and reinstalled (along with deleting the temp files) ✓
Nothing running in the background (like Discord) except for Steam ✓

I’m not entirely sure why I can play the game on any character (without issue) except for my main?
My OS is Windows 10 Pro
My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080Ti
My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor
and I have 32GB of DDR4 RAM

I am sorry to hear you seem to be having issues with lag specifically on your main character.

Please try the following steps in order to troubleshoot this:

1- Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check anew.
How To run a Steam Integrity Check
2- Verify Windows has all the latest updates.
3- Switch to a wired connection.
4- Restart your router and modem.
5- Test your connection for packet loss or buffering. To test, go here and click the big Start Test button to start the test. Once the test is complete, the results are displayed.
6- Verify you are not using VPN or proxy services. (Note the use of VPN is not permitted when connecting to our servers).
