Lag detected then get a message saying: CONNECTION ERROR timed out while waiting for server to describe the world

The same thing just happened to me as well. The worst part is, The character select screen shows my character at level 34. However, I was level 35 for about 30 minutes before I got the Lag Detected message.

Now all I get is the CONNECTION ERROR: Timed out while waiting for server to describe the world.

I REALLY hope I don’t have to delete this character and start all over again.

I can create new character and play on different server but as soon as I try log onto my lvl 42 it just loads and gives me that message.
I have tried verifying and reinstalling the anti cheat etc… nothing works.

I bit the bullet and deleted and rerolled. Level 52 now. It’s horrible that this isn’t fixable.
