I transfered from Nilfheim to Dry tree and when joining Dry Tree my character cant move and pop up with a different outfit… it says LAG DETECTED… after 5 min i get kicked for being AFK.

Its not my internet since i never got lag for 2000 hours in this game
It only happened right after i transfer character …
I verified steam files but didnt fix
I troubleshooted all step4s yet

Please make sure to add this post link as well as the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
- Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

This is a new known issue. Please read “mega thread bugs on last patch”. Also customer support is aware this is a new known bug on Dry Trees. They told me lots and lots of people are having this exact same issue. Maybe this OP has the same issue everyone else is having.

Sadly all these steps didnt work out well. I was able to play with the same character for 2000 hours on another server without any issue. I am now able to play with another character on another server but the issue with my main character on Dry Tree persists - lag detected and auto kick after 5 min - server is not responding. I am unable to play on the server i transfered to.
Please rollback the transfer or fix this issue ASAP.

Any update on this well known issue which has been reported by so many other players all day long. Additionally other customer service personnel have said it is a KNOWN ISSUE (many hours before your response to this OP). Or do we keep trying the generic response that you posted. Please let us know who is correct as my multiple attempts of troubleshooting in accordance with your reply for the last 8 hours is not fixing the issue. Thank you.

This is a server sided issue and not on my end. I would like to get this rectified asap.
Please also return my transfer token I had to buy 2 each 12,5 euros and my character doesnt spawn after transfer.
All my progress seems lost since i transfered.
