LAG - problem in outpost above all

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Lag recorded in outpost (but lag registered while make quest)…walk without moving forward
• Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: impossibile fight in pvp, in outpost above all
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:NO. I verify integrity of file (cache washing) in steam, but problem not resolved
