After a long time of barely unplayable game on my pc (lag spikes every 2 to 7 seconds even when standing still at 60fps) I noticed that disabling Analytics Reporting (Settings > Preferences > Enable Analytics Reporting) completely fixed the issue.
Fun thing is that the the text under that option tells you that may cause lag and I dont remember anyone asking my permission to activate that option.
Amazon, I know analytics are really tasty for you, but please stop ruining game experience. After 100+ hours of playtime I was about to quit due to unplayable game.
So, in my opinion, EVERYONE should deactivate Analytics Reporting.
