Trying again as I have gone full circle multiple times. I have been bounced from chat, email and forums over and over again.
I took a break from the game just before the void update. When I returned afterwards my characters are gone, I can’t create more, I can’t click settings, nothing.
I have sent game logs, DXDiag, repaired through steam, uninstalled, reinstalled, every single trouble shooting you have.
My emails to CS-Support are just being ignored. I am being told I can’t get a refund because it’s through steam. Steam won’t refund because I played 60 hours before you deleted my character and now I’m being told, well, sorry!
Can someone, for the love of god, fix this for me? Or just credit my damn amazon account with the cost of the game… It’s been too long.
