I log in, I have set a goal to get 17k wyrdwood log, I’ve spent a week, and from 0 I got to 4k.
U get the same amount of LOGS u would get from standard trees, the difference?
“Standard tree” are everywhere, wyrdwood trees are in late game areas, and u need to wait around 30 minutes for a tree to respawn, I do a route so the time I get back here they would respawn right? False bcs someone else would get that wood.
There are players that cannot play more than 1 or 2 hours, and I believe that’s the most majority of the player base, so the statement “it’s an MMO, it’s fine” it’s deceptive, the game should take u time to advance, to progress, but it SHOULDN’T BE discouraging.
I’ve delayed gathering resources for months, I got to 600 expertise… trying to avoid the gathering system.
Then the day hit, i got to 600 expertise and the gathering awaits me, ye getting to 200 on skills is easy, only gathering skills, bcs crafting skills, it’s frustrating to get them even to 150.
I shouldn’t spent 10 hours a day to farm 10k resources otherwise i would be stuck.
Also is crafting still useful? Bcs i see no reason for me, and for some other players, that i should get to 200 on crafting skills, simply because weapons and armors can be dropped from expeditions and mutated.
What I suggest is either u half the respawn timer of late game resources, either u make resource spawn located to every single player or u put more location for these resources and make crafting actually meaningful.
I shouldn’t log in on this game, and pray I might find the resources I need for the little amount of time I have free to play it.
Thanks I hope u’ll look forward to this.
