Latency like Roller Coaster in the war or opr during peak time

System information: * OS : Windows 11, version 22H2
* Processor : AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
* Memory : 32 GB RAM
* Graphics : NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060

Background: I’m playing in Canada, the normal latency used to be around 130-140ms in open world, 140ms - 150ms in war during server peak time. But these days, during server peak time, my input latency is like a roller coaster which will jump to 1k+ms in opr or war. But it’s stable when in open world. Like in war, outside the fort, is more stable compare to inside the fort. When in fort, my latency will go up every mins then drop to normal. It really influence my gameplay and my mental. I tried to reinstall the game. I tried to verify the gamefiles, restart the pc, open steam as administrator. I tried to restart my internet. Only unstable latency at server peak time which is means around my war time. My discord is not lagging, my ts is not lagging, only my game is lagging. I cannot find a good solution for this situation so far.

I need a solution for this problem, so I can go back to war again. Thanks a lot.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
