I haven’t had a chance to check out the latest PTR but I haven’t seen any notes around how leaderboards are calculated. Please don’t let healing include self healing. Stat padding self healing with void gauntlet will be a big issue if self healing is calculated in.
Why shouldn’t my trenchant recovery GS be included in healing

I don’t think you have anything to worry about though, the amount ot stat padding you’d have to do for self healing without a life staff would actually be astronomical, and I don’t even think it could actually be considered more of a stat padding situation than just planting a sacred ground on a tank on point.
Sorry, I should of been more specific. Healing numbers in OPR include healing done to your team and yourself. A healer with LS/VG can literally stand in their own sacred while right clicking void blade. As a reminder, right clicking VG drains health to restore mana.
If leaderboards for HEALERS are based off heals done then it shouldn’t include healing done to themselves. Lifesteal on melee doesn’t matter at all in this scenario
I could see that being a problem I guess, would have to exclude all self healing. No way to go about it other than that.

You do realise that you will do the lowest healing if you just stand in your sacred and drain your life with VG ? Healing 7-8 bruisers getting shot from 10 bows 5 muskets and some mages will defo get you higher. Maybe if you make a group of 4 vgs that drain their life while staying in your sacred and aoe will have better results ? Also you need a long opr game for better score and balance between not loosing and having 4 team mates drain life 
In burst yeah, but you can continuously just self heal using that method. Might actually end up with more healing that way. 
Should be looked into if healing leaderboard is gonna be taken somewhat serious.
VG drains very slow and low amount. Did you red my post ? You can heal 4 draining people even if they don’t give you points for self heal What’s so obsessing with these leaderboards and opr stats padding ? Leaderboards are crap anyway. We need ranked mods with team and personal MMR.
Yeah leaderboards for PVE make sense, but not a ranked system for PVP makes even more sense. That might be the next step tho.

Yep. Healing should be calculated only if healing target is different that one that performed healing. Selfhealing has to be excluded no matter of heal source.
