Leaping Strike + Jagged causes double Slow on Critical

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: US East Castle of Steel
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Leaping strike final perk is supposed to apply a 3 second slow. When using Keenly Jagged, after the first 3 seconds expires, a second 3 second slow is applied. It appears that the bleed from Jagged is triggering the 2nd slow. I have not tested whether the empowered leaping strike +31% damage applies for the entire time yet, but that’d make this even more broken.

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Using SnS, run Leaping Strike with Cowardly Punishment. Have Keenly Jagged on Shield (or Sword). Hit opponent with a critical, debuff will show bleed and slow, as soon as first slow expires, a second will be triggered.
