Describe the issue you are experiencing:
Reinforced Marauder Legatus Breastplate (GS 530) has 22 Con - total of 22 stats. After I used the Cleric seal to change it to CON/FOC it changed the stats to 8 CON, 13 FOC totaling 21 stats. This is a loss of 1 stat point.
There is no problem with the GS 520 armor pieces don’t have this problem. They always convert 20 stats into 20 stats.
I did not check other Legatus pieces, since I am afraid I will gimp my armor -

This affects my in-game choices. In order to min-max the stats, I am forced into keeping the old full CON pieces instead of re-statting them into CON/FOC. -

No. The only way to recover is to spend another 2 hours grinding for a new Breastplate. -

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Purchase a Reinforced Marauder Legatus Breastplate and a Seal of the Cleric in the faction shop. Go to a forge and use the craft option to change the stats on the breastplate to CON/FOC.
