Legendary equipment is unbalanced. When using faction equipment I thought I would be at a level where combat was possible. It turns out that the difference is such that combat becomes unfeasible, forcing all players to go after the legendary gear. The difference is too big.

I believe that once they fix the problem with resilience perk + onyx gem, the voidbent heavy armor won’t be the best to tank damage with. The physical resistance it provides is mediocre.
Hes saying he is fighting faction gear vs voidbent gear.
In terms of damage mititgation both are very similar, so its very safe to assume, the error is neither part of the equipment.
