- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Legendary item “Ill gotten gains” passive ability “regeneration” not working all the time and having to unequip and equip again to make it work

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: the passive ability of the legendary doesnt work and intended. pretty annoying
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: i have to unequip it and equip again to make it work, have to do it every half an hour or everytime i die.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I dont know what triggers this bug, it works fine until suddenly it doesnt
