Tired of going to database to see what the dropped 590 legendary weapon will be for its third perk.
Perhaps that third perk could be visible but greyed out until its raised up to 600?

Yeah, this is a great idea. The less the playerbase has to rely on third party resources to understand progression in the game, the better.
