How do you “know” that the patch will be released in 12h?

Easy Fix. Time is one of the most basic examples of something that is socially constructed. We collectively create the meaning of time—it has no predetermined meaning until we give it meaning.

I’m pretty sure they found some minor problems.
New World Internal 2 App was released 40 mins ago.

Only thing that is “crazy” is that players continue having these expectations of AGS which are never met.

usually, they give this info at the end of their work day. I would assume they need to make sure everyone in each dept is on the same page and ready and ensure the official notice is approved.

Yea and they based in California I think so it’s still early on Monday for them (14h atm) I don’t think we will have news before one or two hours at least

Internal App 2 gets released like every day every hour. Nothing special. Staging or default-test are better indicators.

They said it would release the 18th. Never said -when- on the 18th it would release.

Servers will go down tuesday the 18th at 11pm and that would still be “releasing” it on the 18th :rofl::rofl::rofl:

With no official news about the downtime or an update to the site to reflect the launch I’m inclined to agree with this statement.

I think theyve only released a patch maybe 2x when they said they would. Usually its delayed a week or two…

Delaying the halloween event will make me very sad though. Very very muchly so

I am a bit confused. The Forum post says 10:00 UTC but the Newsarticle says 12:00 UTC… Not sure how to get this confirmed, this is my first post on the Forum.

Hopefully, we can get this confirmed because this 2-hour difference is significant. Both of these posts claim the downtime to start at ‘x’ time. Maybe one of them was supposed to say completed downtime instead?

Never mind, this has been adjusted. They now both show the same time, 10 UTC with 4 hours downtime.
