Let's balance a bit hatchet skills and perks

Right now, left side of the tree is way more powerful than throwing tree.

So lets start with left tree:

  1. Feral rush - strong skill with good perk, no need to change.

  2. Berserk - overpowered skill with meh perk. Cheap “get out of jail card” skill, it should at least not purge stuns unless you got stunned while having hatchet in your hand. Now it provides “get out of jail card” to any secondary weapon without a reason. When you changed everything else not to work through weapon swap, its just stupid that you can do this while stunned. Healing part could be moved to perk.

  3. Raging torrent - Strong skill with good perk, it suffers from poor tracking and hit registration, this is the only thing that should be tweaked.

DEFY DEATH ulti - overpowered, especially with berserk combo. Cooldown should be longer or it should work for 5 sec, but during the period you are unable to heal yourself and die after effect ends.

Throwing tree:

1.Rending throw - Ok skill with strong perk. It should have damage increase and rend up to 15%, mechanical buff is good.

2,Distancing throw - Good skill with strong perk. It’s losing the stagger but getting some dmg and slow buff along with mechanical buff, fair trade, maybe a bit more dmg.

3.Infected throw - Good skill with ok perk. It should get dmg buff and perk should get buff 30% on armor, 45% on weapon (still will be weaker than net shot).

PERSISTENT HINDERENCE ulti - Ok ulti, should get damage increase to 5% per debuff.

Throwing hatchets are really lacking dps, even in light armor and 200str/200dex dmg is just lacking. And the most important thing - HITBOX should be way bigger, at least same as bow!
