Level 60 change up to make it far more fun

hello, as everybody is aware the game state at level 60 is that people are having a hard time finding something to do as it feels like theres stepping stones everywhere to actually do content, further more this makes low pop servers impossible to play where i think this shouldnt be the case low pop servers should have active activity too.

wm system
firstly, looting and the wm system, i would love this to be reworked. first thing is first, loot drops should be abit more uncommon but not rare to make it actually exciting to get a new piece of armour or weapon with this in place the item will always gain atleast 1wm level, armour and weapons from chests and drops should also drop with better average stats for the item, majority of items are so bad, this would make people regular actually change up there gear as they are grinding rather then simply salvaging everywhere.

once wm is capped for that zone there will still be a good enough reason to go back, by offering some proper loot out of chests such as gold this will boost the ecodemy make the market thrive and people will be gaining money while doing content thats on the funner side.
portals, portals should 100% be the gateway to dungeons but make the process easier rework the reward system. Again make these portals rarer to compensate there everywhere and pointless and boring atm, drops should be a reasonable amount of gold, an exciting rare item maybe something new that only portals drops that is an effective item to be used at lvl 60, and the portal crystals i think again to make these a little less common but once u get 3 or 4 crystals from portals all u need is mote and then stonecraft with loadstone or something with the required level. make the game fun to engage, fun to get into dungeons and then fun to do the dungeons. a lower tier level 60 dungeon needs to be made 100% this would be fun for people just turnig 60 and got there first few new pieces to try and join rather then being told, yes u got to 60 now get 580 gs to do any new fun content. A 40 man raid group should be made for 605 gs where the raid is obviously extremely difficult but is very rewarding if completed. i heard the idea of making are current dungeons just have difficulty levels honestly its just a boring repetative idea. The looting system for level 60 raid has a different looting system, only 1 person will get a chance to get a legendary after killing ea boss in the dungeon and this will also be uncommon also making the raid pretty hard and a good chance to fail. i dont like the potions that make you resilient to specific monsters i like the damage boost ones, once again i think its just abit to much clutter potions and people in less pop worlds might not be able to get the resiliance potions and are forced to skill, skilling should be optional but with great rewards.

pvp is what i honestly love to do it needs some zing, make some shorter pvp activities events and offer good faction points for the activities that can get you gear specifally strong for pvp that does bonus damage to players, my idea is the current 520 needs a armour piecing pvp perk of 10% when the full armour is equip, if you wear fire or ice gauntlet you deal 25% more damage to heavy and 10% to medium, magic should punish heavy users, this will also help balance healing in pvp with the healing recieving no bonuses, this will lead to a new pvp set from the faction outpost requireing superior faction points from the lvl 60 pvp activities level 575 with slightly stronger pvp bonuses. current perks need toning down theres a few to many with alot of them being pointless.

this is as good as i can think for current changes that need to be done in the next few month to secure a good foundation casual players will love this and so will hardcore players, make the dungeons raids hard not the keys to get into them, much love peace!
