Will players that already completed all of these quests be given this mass amount of gypsum orbs? Or do we just get shafted?

Absolutely no question we are just going to get shafted.
A bunch of us were locked out of raising our faction rep for an entire month back in late December to the January patch and they didn’t compensate anyone even a single coin. Just finally four weeks later, “Quests are back on you are welcome.” Meanwhile all of us poor cunts were down 140k in value from lost orb crafts, on top of losing all the content that goes with the portal->orb->dungeon loop.
It’s your fault for doing the quests if you think about. If you were just satisfied with all the rest of the uncountable pieces of content available and didn’t burn through your quests so quickly you could get properly rewarded too.
