The level of transparancy from an article like this is amazing. If the same level of quality was applied to New World, we would see the numbers skyrocket again!!

Please AGS, you show great examples of amazing customer service and communication. Please bring that same level of enthusiasm to New World. I love this game’s world and when the game works its great.

We just need real communication on the massive lag/desync issues. Please AGS. Just be honest we can accept the truth we just need transparancy.

New World was just a test subject to fail. From that mistakes i hope they supossely have learned.

They messed up New world so much thats un beyong repairable. The dmg done (the players which left) wont come back. It had so much potentional…

It will be an sandbox again , just like before october, where only the elite players dominate. All newbies get arrogant pushed away from the players. And all Elite players are happy they played AWS/Developers to their hands! Good Job Elite players for let 800.000 players leaving because of your whining. Need some fresh diaper?

All this shows is that it’s completely possible for AGS to show some humility and honesty but decide not to. They prefer dev videos that pour molten sugar on everything.

That is exactly why I said this is prime example that AGS knows how to provide amazing customer service and communication

it is very sad and makes me feel betrayed. I put so much time and faith into this game. That was my first mistake I guess.
