My guess is that the “just use divine embrace” guy never even touched a life staff…regardless, now we got an absolutely godly sacred ground as a compensation…

People keep saying it was a bug because the wording etc… it says “Light attacks now heal target… …when poassing through an ally.” Then it should be changed so that the target, be that friend or foe, should get the heal, or debuff removed.
They were fun and manageable - now they are useless and basically a talent to be avoided. Nevertheless they could have made a better change to the skill and make it only heal if it hits the target. That would help with managing the silly ground spam.
I do not care if this talent would heal me or not, I am talking about it only in high end group content context.
But it does work like that. If you properly aim at them it does in fact heal them.
Heals enemies? I do not think so.
Of course not why would it? It heals friendlies and damages enemies.
That is what the skill states. so if the target is an enemy, it should heal them. Of course we would not expect that, but that is what the skill states.
Ok, I’m confused. Healing AOE works just fine for me this morning. Healed everyone inside it. So what’s wrong with the staff? Seems to work fine. Damage is fine, Healing is fine, self heals are fine. What is everyone complaining about?
Could these issues/bugs be happening on specific servers maybe?
Instead of fixing real bugs these morons are nerfing healers.
We are going to get to the point when most of the healers will say “F this” and respec to dps.
Anyway this is staring to approach to cyberpunk 2077 levels of incompetence.

Like I said, if I can’t afford the break for Entombed, I just use mana pots. But in general keeping Sacred Ground + Beacon on my tank, Light’s Embrace, heavy attack heal buff or dodge to buff more, light attack spam to get CDR, and Light’s Embrace when he needs more/reapplying AoEs when possible. It works for me. That’s a ton of healing right there. Even for Entombed sometimes it’s useful to just sit in it for a few seconds if need be but between that and pots and the insane amount of healing the above provides, I’ve been fine. It’s harder content so it’s supposed to be a bigger challenge to heal. It’s no different from any other MMO.
We are not talking about Beacon or Sacred Ground - we are talking about the very tiny aoe splash heal from Blissful Touch.
Basically, the mending and blissful touch AOE has been removed since this morning.

It says ally, not enemy. When passing through an ally target in case your reading comprehension needs work. It’s quite clear what it means and always has been. Stop pretending to be obtuse because your sad you can’t exploit anymore over an honestly shitty (outside of solo PvP) passive talent.
I just feel sorry for every other group member as I sure as shit am focusing my heals on yours truly 
I am very mad about this. Shows how shoddy the updates are. It is almost like no one in the studio even checks for interactions or does any testing.
This is so stupid. AGS basically says screw any testing of fixes - just push it.
