Describe the issue you are experiencing:
After I activated the Passive “Glowing Focus”, I noticed it did not extend Protector’s Blessing from 10s to 12s.
After I Fast Travelled to a town, the next time I cast Orb of Protection, I noticed the duration of the Recovery buff from Protector’s Blessing had correctly changed to 12s. -
