I did almost 10 mutations and nothing.
I haven’t seen anyone yet who would have this Life Staff.

I got it! It’s exists! Sounds like it might be some unfortunately RNG 
Looted Iridescence today on a M8 BB. Never interested in healing in NW, so, I salvaged it since it was BoP and I’ll never use LS weps. Just not my playstyle.
Other than that, having conducted 17 BBP Mutations, all Gold M1-M9 (M6-8 multi times) and still haven’t looted Admirals Pantaloons for my last piece for the Admirals set. It’s a great STR Light Armor set for BBP and highly recommend players who use Light STR build in BBP to obtain this set. It sure beats putting in tons of coin into Lost ward when this set already has it. Hoping to loot the pants in the next 8 mutations or I’ll have to wait another 3 weeks before BBP is mutated again due to the rotation. Fingers crossed!

Got on my second run in M2. No reason to use it as healer but ofc can’t get the drops I want

After almost 15 Mutations got nothing
I’ve also got it, and my luck is in the negatives.
I dropped it in first day at first mobs at entrance of expedition. Oh and it was normal expedition.
Shouldn’t you be able to craft it with new essence stuff ?
