I like how the OP declares that the healing is OP, yet in the first two duels was able to burst the healer down to within an inch of his life but blew all his cooldowns in sequence getting him there and had nothing left to finish the job.
You went full DPS with exactly 1 CC ability and didn’t even bother trying to get him to a burst threshold where you could have nailed him before he had a chance to recover as he was clearly holding his stronger heals for when he got low.
In that second duel, you took him down to 25% HP in that full burst, if you’d first chipped away his HP a bit before launching the burst, You would have won.
Moral of the story, You deserved to lose. You tried to take a max damage build with practically zero utility against a healer who know what he was doing on top of having absolutely no sustain of your own.
Had your sub weapon been a Hammer, Hatchet or Sword/Shield, you could have easily cycled damage from your main weapon with CC on the secondary to keep him from getting that final heal off.
He outplayed you, congrats.

not if that weapon gem procced on every hit.
Then i want a gem which increases your cooldown by 30% for 10 seconds.
Always the same lame mental gymnastics from people like you. Its always either leave it as is or it becomes “absolute trash free kill”.
Imagine having to play the videogamegame well to win a duel as healer. wouldn’t that be something,.

Yes. Obviously he had more damage than the healer. The problem is he doesn’t know how to properly use his skills. Re watch the videos. He never uses a potion to heal himself once. Why? Because he’s focused on spamming left clicks. Also the great are user brings shame to great axe users. The weapon is literally made to pull people to you while you show them a bad time and yet he goes right up to the healer.

I give up with you kids trying to justify having no skill invincible builds in a pvp game.
Have fun leaving the game as it is, making it a healer/paladin meta for 2 months and then let the game die. Braindead

Remember this is a duel not open world pvp or a war, me and many of my other friends we don’t pot in duel that’s just our rule and how we do it. In duel we go for pure skill no pots or anything, that’s the reason why I didn’t pot.

Knowing when to heal and use pots is a skill. Learn it.

Exactly. Zero effort was made to keep the healer from healing.
Game isn’t balanced around 1v1 and never will be. There will be some weapon combos that just suck against healers, just like there are some weapon combos that suck against melee.
S+S or Hammer would have been able to knock the healer out of the circle to prevent most of the healing being done there.
Also, these people that just think they can faceroll all their abilities and get kills are funny.

The healers greatest skill is healing. Of course he nitpicked the DPS play, the DPS guy is the one here complaining after he failed.
Thats very noble and I understand completely. So if no one is healing then the healer shouldn’t heal himself either. Next time you duel him tell him no self heals.

^^^^ This. All of this. Classes aren’t meant to be 1v1 equals. they are balanced for groups. If you nerf the healing of healers by 50% as I saw in one comment, then increase our DPS by 50%. If you think that is a stupid thought, then what you are really saying is you want healers to be useless.

Oh and of course the “game isnt balanced around small scale arugment”.
As if balancing the small scale suddenly makes large scall unbalanced. All it would do is raise the skillfloor and encourage teamplay. Teams would have to peel their backline, healers would have to play the game well.
Additionally, having broken unkillable builds completely prevents any small scale content like arenas to be added.
But you people are too lazy to learn the game and instead want unkillable builds with a stale meta.

That healer didn’t do anything except heal. Why? Because he can’t do damage. Hey if you wanna buff the damage on life staff while nerfing self heals im all for that.

I came here and made this post to hear your guys opinions and see what you think about this, but some of you are extremely toxic or saying random stuff like “Oh you are butthurt because you lost to a healer” or “Play it better you suck” all I said is add an anti-healing gem or try to balance it somehow. I don’t want the healer to do less healing because we still need them for PVE like elites/dungeons. Some of you say that I played it bad but yet did that healer play it perfectly with 0 blocks or dodges? I really love this game and I want it to be better and better I have like 220h the last 2 weeks keep it positive guys
