• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: made me feel more ugly and thus play worse (being cute enhances gameplay)
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I was never able to recover. My soul is crushed

• When did this happen?: 10/22/2022 around 5pm bought it from auction house
