- What server/world did you experience your issue on: El Dorado
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Life tap perks arent working with Blunderbuss
- Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I was unable to heal myself while doing damage
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No it has not worked since BB release, Im actually surprised it hasnt been pointed out.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: get low on health and use your BB with Lifestealing perks like Leeching on my ring and Leeching Shrapnel Blast perk.
When using Leeching Path of Destiny it does appear to be working properly however I do not think Leeching on my ring is working at all.
