Mages have no way to apply this new slow to anyone, mainly a melee player. Out of the 18 mage abilities, 5 of them have a range beyond 10 meters, every other ability requires you to be in melee distance. You will not kill any decent melee player at a distance with auto attacks. Please seriously take a look into this. Either give mages the ability to apply this slow so it’s an even playing field or rework the dodge slow entirely. Imo only heavy users should apply this new slow, that way they have a chance to stick to a light user if they do it right. As it stands now a left click can cause you to die. Almost every melee weapon has a slow built into the auto chain which stacks with the dodge skow, making you roll even shorter. Multiple melee weapons have bis gap closers and loads of cc. Escaping one of these players while more difficult but anyone who plays opr knows the zombie hoard is always close. You get into a 1v1 in the middle of no where and 5 seconds later 10 players Zerg you down. In the past you could outplay these players with a timely dodge and now one basic auto will make your dodge roll so far you don’t even break the honing on there next attack. So you get swallowed up.
tank care bear thinks light armor needs to be nerfed so they can catch up,they put in distance travel reduction, but on top of that, they had to add in a roll in place mechanic after hit because ags dev doesn’t play the game
