Lighting and Particle Engine Killing Client and Server GPU/CPU/Memory Performance

Posting this yet again, as no one seems to be checking. Client and Server GPU, CPU and Memory usage are getting trashed by the Lighting an Particle engine the game is currently using. I’ve tested this extensively in game against sunrise/sunset, loading new complex particles from NPCs and heavily populated towns. The GPU/CPU and Memory usage exceeds the maximum system requirements and is particularly detrimental to RTX supported GPUs. I highly recommend the Compat Lab folks look at validating testing so that the graphics engine programmer can look at solving the obscene resource usage.
