Locked items can be easily dropped to the ground and "thanks" to the terrible support

I am actually a NW believer.
Even despite the lack of quality, I trust that it can become a great game… in far future.
The experience I had on the this week to be honest more and more convinces me to wait for this future and play something else until the dev team becomes mature.

I would not say about mess with Dynasty, orbs and mutators rotation.
Everybody experiences this.

My case is quite a different.

  1. Locked items can be dropped to the ground. You will no see any warnings. You can just drop and lose them. Yes, you will every time be informed when you salvage garbage legendary items but nobody will ask you about occasional dropping of the locked stuff.
  2. Sometimes when you try to open a store interface, the game opens inventory instead.

As a result of the mix of these 2 “features” I lost several items with the total cost of 60k. Tired, hurrying, missed that I am not in a store itself, etc., and nothing prevented me from that. Ok, it is not a huge money but it is a result of my time investment.
Of course, I contacted the technical support, of course that was no sense to contact support.
They answered me in formal way that “Guy, you dropped them by yourself, what do you want from us?” At the end of discussion, they just ignored me.

Dear AGS technical support, I want from you to not make players paying for your imperfection.
I want from you hear the players in general and my items back in particular since it should not be my fault considering that I locked the items from not being lost occasionally.

I am pretty sure that you are able to make a quality game but it is no sense for me to play hard while I meet such an attitude.

Maybe you will hear me here since the tickets/email conversation with support is clearly waste of time.
