So I sign up for the EB invasion only to be kicked by the controlling company so that they can let their own in. I then get an Invite BACK to the invasion which I decline. When I try to Que for OPR it states that I cannot because I am currently in an “event”. Comeon AGS! Fix this nonsense.
Try un-signing up for invasion in the map over settlement.
Being kicked sometimes puts you at the back of standby list so you are still “signed up”.

I’m really sorry for this situation you experienced being kicked and then locked out of the invasion, this is definitely not the experience we want our players to have.
So you can try the suggestion provided by @dnquijote and see how it goes, as well verifying steam files integrity and restarting the game, let me know if the issue persists.

Thank you but I actually tried that but the Invasion was in session and I was unable to.
I assume you were in a group already when invited to invasion? Unfortunatly this is messed up atm. If you accept the invitation you won’t join the invasion but cannot leave your current group anymore as well. If you get invited a second time joining will work. Same for wars.
No, I was not in a group at all. I was invited, then booted by the company (so that they could invite their own people), then REINVITED later, in which I declined. When I tried to Que for an OPR it stated I was already in an “event”. It eventually dropped off, but it was time wasting and annoying.
