How long does it take for a server that’s character transfer disabled to open back up basically?

Currently the transfer lock for the servers is done automatically by the system depending on the population on the server, if the population changes due to transfers, character deletion or activity it will open or close accordingly.

its manually unlocked def not automated , if it was many servers like Orun would get unlocked after being locked for 3+ weeks
