Locked Tanner Gloves turned into locked Tanner Shirt in storage!

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Artemis (EU Central, Fresh Start)
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: My locked Tanner Gloves turned into locked Tanner Shirt in Windsward storage.
  • How did the issue affect your gameplay: I lost hours of time that I grinded for the Tanner Gloves drop.
  • Were you able to recover from the issue: No. I’ve already moved the Tanner shirts around in my storage and tried equiping the bugged Tanner Shirt to see if it would equip into the gloves slot instead. It did not. The bugged Tanner Shirt sits in Windsward storage, while the original Tanner Shirt is in Everfall storage.
  • Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: No visual evidence is provided as I have already moved the items around.
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: No clue.
  • When did this happen? The specific time of the bug occurance is unknown. It has happened between 31/12/22 to 03/01/23 as that was the time I acquired the Tanner Gloves drop. I found out about the missing Tanner Gloves on 04/01/23 at around 12 AM (GMT +2).

If you’ve checked all of your storages, I would recommend contacting support to look into this one.

Thank you for the advice. Will contact support as I have double checked all of my storage and the Tanner Gloves are not there.
