Logged in today and can’t play, I only see this after starting the game.

I would suggest you to try the files verification as @JakeL has suggested (thank you
)
- Run New world and steam as admin.
- A PC restart maybe required.
- Check and update the graphic drivers.

I tried this and it said 7 files were no verified and will need to be redownloaded. It downloaded 4.98GB and the game now loads. Thanks (again) JakeL! ![]()
For those reading this thread, in the Steam game library I right clicked on New World, selected Properties, selected Local Files, then clicked on Verify Integrity of Game Files. It took about 5 minutes to identify the broken files and another 10-15 to download.
