There has been multiple update requests for the ticket but nothing has been said since it has been created. I hope your follow up provides an update.
Something on my account needs to be updated in the backend, I’m not sure what kind of account authentication process you are using when logging in, most likely conflicts when the system checks my account status? - just a guess but this error when all troubleshooting does not work persists when a user gets banned and unbanned as of the previous patch

We talked in the past , I requested all my data and found out my account was under investigation and that they found nothing. Now they are struggling to fix the account error. I was told 2 days ago a dev was actively working on correcting my account 2nd attempt. I did get one notice that the account was clear and ready to play but the error was still there. Getting close I feel
I currently have a ticket at the moment and they still think its an issue on my end. The last correspondent was that my steam id was wrong which clearly was not and support confirmed it was correct.
They keep delaying my ticket and im not entirely sure why, it takes 3 days for me to get a reply and another 3 days for support to contact technical support
Are you going to apologise that its taken so long to get an update? I have had to request update by live chat and had 3 updates by the time you send me one update.
