Login Blocked Error: Suspicious Software has been occuring for two weeks

Is this via direct message? Did he not give any details as to what was done to ‘fix’ your account?

Not yet, yes this is direct message between me and a support i have been working with for the last 2 weeks.

Looks like I will be DMing him if he is replying faster than anyone else :joy:, has anything changed in your game logs?

How do i check the game logs? this is one i have not done yet.

Go to your c drive>users>name of user>Appdata>Roaming or local> AGS> gamelogs?

May not be as accurate as I’m on my phone so cannot give you the precise file location. Make sure you have hidden files as shown as well

just took a peak, did not see anything standing out

I have had the same issue since I updated to patch 1.1.
Please someone check my account, this is definitely something from your end.

We talked in the past , I requested all my data and found out my account was under investigation and that they found nothing. Now they are struggling to fix the account error. I was told 2 days ago a dev was actively working on correcting my account 2nd attempt. I did get one notice that the account was clear and ready to play but the error was still there. Getting close I feel

I currently have a ticket at the moment and they still think its an issue on my end. The last correspondent was that my steam id was wrong which clearly was not and support confirmed it was correct.

They keep delaying my ticket and im not entirely sure why, it takes 3 days for me to get a reply and another 3 days for support to contact technical support

Are you going to apologise that its taken so long to get an update? I have had to request update by live chat and had 3 updates by the time you send me one update.

An update: i have now been perm banned for ‘Cheating’
