Me [11:00:21] : I had talks with Arshi and Fabian from your team and was advised to try to login when the server is not on full load.
Me [11:00:41] : so I went up today 5am morning where Albraca had no queue and was on low population, same result still can’t login
Me [11:01:41] : what I did so far:
Me [11:01:41] : reboot pc
Me [11:01:41] : verify game files
Me [11:01:41] : reinstall the game with deleting also the user folder and crash report folder
Me [11:01:41] : create a new character on another server which worked well
Me [11:01:57] : try to login when the server is on low population
Me [11:02:12] : deleting and recovering the character together with Arsi
Me [11:02:37] : none worked, so what I was thinking about is to move the character to another world which we didn’t try so far

Keilor Josue [11:07:38] : Ok Christoph, the Dev team is aware of several issues including login services errors, internal server errors, timeout errors, and more. We are trying to fix this issue as soon as possible. For now the solution that some players have found is to close the game and don’t log back in after a few hours and then try again. I know this is not the answer you were expecting from me and I’m very sorry for this

Yikes, Hope the Dev team can fix it ASAP, I’m making progress on a second character right now, but ofc I’m unable to play with my friends since they are on the other server.
I’m not going to refund tho, bigger mmo’s have had bigger issues at launch. I believe things can still be fixed.

still no change and the same error message, support may I kindly ask you for an update on the next patch/fix?
Im having the same issue. I loaded into Amrine and it gave me a bad load. My team was 4.5km away, and I was stuck with “lag detected”
logged out to reset, and have gotten this error code every time since. spent 2 hours with customer service trying to get it fixed, however they said the devs would have to fix it and will have a solution within 24 hours.
I am fairly certain if they move the character it will fix the issue.
I normally would delete and restart however I am the governor of my factions lead team, nearly level 40, and I have already had to restart once.
Ill update you if they get a fix for me!
OH and server population is related I don’t think. my server is very low population.
Thanks for sharing, I hope support will figure it out soon… By now I have more progress on my new character … but restarting on level 40 would be a big waste of time. I hope you can get in the game ASAP … Keep me up to date 
I was promised an email back within 24 hours… didnt get one. So I just deleted my level 36 and started over. I dont think the devs care much about the smaller servers. You cant even run Amrine on Brazir. it takes your orb and doesnt let you in. over half the server is stuck at level 20s because of it.
I’m with the same problem for 3 days now… i’ve opened a lot of tickets and posts, and didn’t even get a single answer, this is ridiculous… idk what to do anymore, I can’t play with my friends so I’ll just accept that amazon don’t give a fuck for player’s problems and play anything else.
Personally id suggest restarting unless youre like level 50
Restarting at level 36 already would be too much for me, I do not have a lot of time to play. So getting there would already be a big grind.
@felipebrandaoc I hope if we get more attention to this post, more assets will be used to solve this problem … We just need New World Devs to take a look at this post …
Finger’s crossed for todays patch, I hope it will solve our issue for now.

Hello, I have no way of telling, I deleted my character since it was only level 10 and I’m now looking forward to the free server transfer so I can get my ‘new’ Main on the same server as my friends.
Ruskoff said that the last patch fixed his issue … Maybe you can try contacting the in-game support and start a live chat with one of the devs. Maybe they can fix it now.
Any fix ?
Not that I know of, tried contacting support through the in-game live chat already ?
