The only way to know if something is sold is to check if your gold is up, or if you remember all the items and the quantity you putted for selling.

I understand that this could create problems for data storage on the servers because of the logs.
one way to avoid that could be if the users can delete the logs by them selves or if the logs have Timetolive (after 1 week it delete it self).
