[LONG TIME BROKEN] Broken perks when more than one type are used

The perks “Invigorated” , “Vigor”, and “Freedom” do not work if you use a combination of these perks together.

Examples:
1x Vigor and 1x Invigorated = broken, nothing works
2x Invigorated = works, because you don’t have any of the others

This has been an issue FOR A LONG TIME and is MORE of a pain now with the new dungeon drops.
