Yes, you read it right, I feel like, longer expeditions like Tempest are not rewarding. Why would I spend 40 minutes in Tempest for shards, If i can do 20 minutes or LAZ/GEN, with the same amount of shards lol… (Unless you are looking for specific item).
please make the longer expeditions more rewarding. and also please tune, ENNEAD EXPEDITION properly, its so hard thats why some people are not attempting to play that dungeon LOL
ok don’t hate me, I know y’all super pros / have bis gears. but how about us players who are just starting or players that are not as good as you and not as rich as you to have bis items?
Gear with ward, weapon with bane cost 1-2k each part(or even not)… gl. I can bet if you ask about them in global you will fins people who will give them to you for free.
It is interesting that with the recent change that makes it so all of the chests are at the end of the dungeon that this does hurt longer expeditions. Now it’s standardized at 6 chests no matter what. While before shorter ones gave 5? Longer ones gave like 8? Chests? So you actually are losing chests in some instances. Perhaps they could make it so the number of chests is retained instead of giving 6 no matter what?
Scaling shards and chests to each expedition would definitely help make the longer ones feel more rewarding. Perhaps having a standard shard reward for 40 minute dungeons? So 1.5x for 60 minute dungeons and 0.75x for the shorter 30 minute ones? That would sightly nerf ones like Genesis though? Some might prefer instead that the shortest expedition right now gives 6k max shards and it instead goes up from there based on the time limit? So 8k max for Tempest and things in between might be around 7k?
