Check out Maramma. They’ve recently opened up character creation again if you want to start fresh.
Green does not own the map. In fact the best thing about Maramma is that the territories are regularly changing hands. So currently it seems the three factions are fairly well balanced.
However, now that transfers are available through the shop you may want to wait and see which servers survive a mass exit or influx.

I know my server is experiencing some exit by Greens, because they suck so bad. Thats a big reason I am asking. Im in Pluto and Cov dominates, while green fights amongst themselves.
Castle of Steel has some really solid green populace. I am in BBF personally, only issue is we own too much of the map (Currently.) Big chunk just changed to purple so you’ll find competition there too.
