Apparently its a common issue now for many players, and apparently Amazon has said they are looking to fix the issue. God knows how long that will be

Try it, but i was told the only solution for now would be to create a new steam account and tie in the New world to the new account. Im not sure if it will work though
Okay reinstalling completely did not work. I tried to do the other method but it didn’t give me access to my character it wanted me to make a new one.

Same issue. Going to 5 hours game is entirely unplayable.

its already in another thread but, basicaly the game banned us for something to which they have no idea why, they can’t undo the bans because that would be too easy. so its 24-48h for a fix
