Loot Luck compensation

Good Day,

After hundreds of hour of Gathering, we have come to learn that having high luck on gear was actually bad.

I would gather on any trade at a minimum of 30%

So we are talking hundreds if not thousands of missed teir 2 and 3 items thanks to the 0% error mentioned this past patch.

Compensation is on order here.

You probably dont gather much so you can just go back to your bridge.
