Sometimes the UI does not go away and you get 2 loot box notifications.
When this happens you can not loot until you relog.

Yeah it happened to me in gen too.
You can loot the stuff by pressing T and manually add the items to your inventory. Still another bug to add to a list that grows fat day by day
