MAAAN i nearly had a panic attack when i realised what happened
Friends told me to contact support so i did, the person i spoke to made a ticket for me and got an answer today wich was this
Im not sure that it’s clear that i did NOT intend to pay this much. i would have liked to clear that up but i got 3 quick messages within 6sec and before i could get a word in the support chat was closed.
For the people that are going to tell me that im an idiot and it’s my own fault… I know i know… obviously it was.
there is also one asmodeum, one orichalcuml ingot, one iron ore, at 10k-30k just bcs people make mystake. Someone sold me a rapier keen+vicious+refreshing move int+dex 33k there a mystake everywhere … btw when you fill your order you dont have the money anymore so you just had to check that you had 10k and not 340K anymore
What makes you think i do ? Also if you overpay a bill and get refunded you consider that someone forking money over to you ? Interesting choice of words
Can’t expect, sure i never did. But worth a try maybe ? who knows. It’s not that strange to recieve help when something like this happens i’ve played games where people were able to recieve help with this sort of thing return something that was sold by accident, refund something that was bought by accident, reverse a transfer whatever it may be it’s not that crazy to ask for something like that.
Played this game for over a 1000 hours and just lost all the coins i had to a typo so i figured might aswell ask if there’s something that can be done for me. you miss all of the shots you don’t take right
No, of course I don’t - but you didn’t overpay a bill, you set a price on a buy order and it got filled.
Absolutely correct - the answer’s always “no” if you don’t ask. I was simply saying I hope you didn’t create the ticket with a real expectation of getting that 330k put back in your wallet.
I just contacted support chat asking if there was anything they could do, the person helping me made a ticket. when i asked for a progress update today that was the response i got.
I’m really sorry about the issue you’re facing with the wrong amount entered at the purchase, I totally understand that this is something that was clearly not intended, however it is considered a human mistake and not a game issue, based on this sadly we don’t have the possibility to take any action or make any exception regarding to the amount paid for the item.
