You probably put an item into the trading post for an insane amount of cash and paid 20k tax for it. Happened to me before and I lost 7k gold. Because it’s lagging so badly on my server in Everfall and there is no ‘are you sure’ message for it.
Yeah… sometimes when you want to put an item for example for 144.99 it fails to put the period and you put it for 14499 with no failsafe and lose a lot of money. Have to be very careful when placing offers.
The only failsafe is if your guild owns the area and is nice enough to send it back to you. It would be nice, though, if it wasn’t so easy to make this mistake.
I guess there is no way one can get support for this misstake. Even if i lose 20k, 100k or 250k. Guess it was a blessing before i waste more of my real life money on the skins as i already gave done a lot already.
No, I doubt you will get it back… I didn’t even try when I lost the 7k. Hopefully they read this and make it better, though. To prevent future mistakes.
Absolutely not happy with this game right now. first when the auction was closed for 2 days, i had full storages and inventory. I could not put my inventory anywhere and i could not grind more because of storage. I have used auction house everyday a lot. These two days i was pissed for them not increasing the storage. Now i see how easy i just lost all my grind afterward. Giving this game a negative review for sure.
I didn’t see any warning signs, i just did what i always do and i believed i put 2.99 gold each as i always do, but less price then that since flux has went up in price lately.
Well this just destroyed all my energy to keep going as i really enjoyed the proccess of making the gold i had, but now to waste. Hopefully you can do something about it and i will be back and happy, but else i just go therapy and focus on my real life instead. I had a 500 hour fun time in the game until this point.
I just had similar issue, this games completely unforgiving. Devs/support wont reimburst the gold lost. The economy is the game is already completely ruined from duping and they did nothing to reward or make it up to legit players. Honestly i’d just be happy if AGS offered refunds for this clearly unfinished game, even live support said this game is a “work in progress”

Issue here is that box for price input is not accepting “,” and converting price in to bigger one.
You write in box for price input with numeric keybord and you go 2,99 that box completly ignores that you put “,” becous it is programmed to olny recognize “.” as a fractional number.
Next that box converts that fractional number that you inputed i nto normal mumber witch is 299 according to its script. yay
And the worst thing here is that as log as that box is open everything is fine becous you see 2,99 this changes only when you click somewhere else and stop paying attention to that box like for example you set price and than change quantity. Tax is ont that big at first becous You list 1 item for 299 but if you change quantity then monstrous bill arrives…
I know about this becous i lost about 7k Gold in second week after release. I was so pissed that i instantly uninstalled game back then. Well day later friends convinced me to stay and shared some of their gold to give me restart because i went down to about 100g
meanwhile sponsored streamers that are promoting their game for them are exploiting and cheating but only receiving a 24hr ban. We should have all probably just duped and got our voidbent set like all the high end guilds.
Really depressing to play right now, but there is no other game to play atm that is more addictive. In the future i will be super careful of everything.
