I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue similar to the one on this thread but I heavily suggest against replying on top of older posts in order to avoid having yours overlooked and also due to the fact several patches have been applied since this post was last replied to, possibly addressing the initial issue and even if yours seems similar, it may not be the same.
I am sorry to hear you are having issues moving servers. Here are the basic things you need to have complied with in order to be able to do so:
- You must be in a Sanctuary.
- You cannot be part of a company when transferring.
- Cannot have active Trading Post transactions.
- Cannot own any houses.
- Must be at least level 25.
Please note, if you comply with all of the above and the issue is still ongoing, some servers are presently unavailable for transfers as they are either full or not accepting transfers (locked). You can try moving to a different server with availability or wait on the server to become available with no specific time frame for when this may happen. You can check on the server status here.
As a side note, we have added new servers:
If this is not what is affecting your case, this scenario will require our tech team to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is best not posted on the forums so it would be better if you could please create a web ticket by going to the links provided in my earlier post.

I have just had a feedback on my subject in French, the CM tells me that there is indeed a technical problem and that it should be corrected in the next updates. So let’s wait…
Still not resolved, new update did not fix this problem.

i’m having the same issue, tried a couple troubleshooting steps but nothing works. Im waiting for a fix as soon as possible, hopefully.
Just read the Brimstone patch notes and it’s not included and as far as I know, the devs have been aware of this issue for a couple months now. I guess we are too insignificant to matter.

I’ve sent a ticket with DxDiag, screnshoot and game logs from game folder as requested. But didn’t have a response. Hopefully it’ll get fixed with today update
Edit: Nah…im still stuck in a server i don’t want to be at :D.

My friend has the same issue and we made a ticket to game support two weeks ago.
They told us to watch the forums and they don’t know how to fix this issue…
We cant play together because I transferred but my friend keeps getting this error.

Sorry to hear that is the case. Unfortunately the only piece of advice we have is to continue checking and to submit your thoughts and feelings in the Feedback section of the forums or you can also submit your valuable feedback In-Game by doing the following:
1- Press “Esc”, select Game Menu, and then Submit Feedback.
2- Provide a description of the feedback, rate your experience, and then select Submit.

So when i posed this i had the ticket up. Sent them all the info they requested. And stopped hearing from them. 2 weeks later they sent an email stating that cause i didnt send them any info they were closing the ticket. I eneded up making a new character
My ticket was closed and the dev comments were that the server that I want to transfer to is unavailable. I swear they don’t even read the tickets or look at the screenshots / logs and assume you are assume who can’t read the UI.
I reopened my ticket and tried to make it clear that the issue is for all available worlds and that a dev needs to sit down and actually read the ticket.
I’ve been ghosted 2 times. Sent all the logs and requested info as well, 2 different times. The second time i did that they apologize for me not answering on the first ticket properly, and then it ended exactly the same way :D. Really bad customer support tbh, and i hate to have to say it…but it’s true! It’s terrible
