I am sorry to hear you are continuing to experience this issue. Please note some troubleshooting was offered in my previous post but if the issue continues, you will need to follow up by creating a ticket via the support links provided earlier.
Iāve sent a ticket with DxDiag, screnshoot and game logs from game folder as requested. But didnāt have a response. Hopefully itāll get fixed with today update

Sorry to hear that is the case. Unfortunately the only piece of advice we have is to continue checking and to submit your thoughts and feelings in the Feedback section of the forums or you can also submit your valuable feedback In-Game by doing the following:
1- Press āEscā, select Game Menu, and then Submit Feedback.
2- Provide a description of the feedback, rate your experience, and then select Submit.
So when i posed this i had the ticket up. Sent them all the info they requested. And stopped hearing from them. 2 weeks later they sent an email stating that cause i didnt send them any info they were closing the ticket. I eneded up making a new character
My ticket was closed and the dev comments were that the server that I want to transfer to is unavailable. I swear they donāt even read the tickets or look at the screenshots / logs and assume you are assume who canāt read the UI.
I reopened my ticket and tried to make it clear that the issue is for all available worlds and that a dev needs to sit down and actually read the ticket.
Iāve been ghosted 2 times. Sent all the logs and requested info as well, 2 different times. The second time i did that they apologize for me not answering on the first ticket properly, and then it ended exactly the same way :D. Really bad customer support tbh, and i hate to have to say itā¦but itās true! Itās terrible
I am sorry to hear about this situation with your tickets. Please note you can reply to the last reply you received via Email and let them know you are still expecting an answer so that they can continue to review this for you.
I am sorry to hear of this experience with our support. Please let me have your Character Name, Level, and the server it is on and I will use this information to locate your internal communications to see what seems to be the issue in that regards.
I am sorry to hear about this bad experience with support and have been in contact with the superiors in that division so they may review your case directly. I have also been in contact with the techs looking at your case and this is still under review where the last information we received from them is how our devs are aware of the situation and currently looking into it.
Iāve added more information to your ticket and as soon as an update becomes available, they will be Emailing you.
Iāve received an update from the devs and they have let me know they are indeed aware of this and working on a fix that should be released in a future patch, but unfortunately, without a specific date attached.
