- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I’ve been using all my storages to keep my gear well organized, and in this process i keep each individual ‘subclass’ in one storage unit and everytime i need to swtich i just use the “store all” option (i dont know if THIS is the problem) but since i’ve started doing this i lost two jewelry pieces (both locked and legendary), the first one was and amulet i often used so my first reaction was “well…guess im extra extra stupid and somehow droped it on the ground” but…the second one i’m 100% sure was in my storage and i didnt use it for a few days and now it evaporated
The first one was a crafted, The second one was the Heart of Maahebgal ring (both 625, the most frustrating thing). And the last thig is: i really dont drop gear on the ground, i salvage it so i can get those 3 gold and thats why i think the first was also a bug, i aways lock good items, i never drop gear on the ground but the second one is just straight up nonsense. - Is this a bug? Describe the issue you are experiencing:
I logged in today and was sorting through my inventory getting ready for the next mutation rotation when i noticed one of my weapons is missing. It was a 610 Greatsword with Angry Earth Bane, Vicious, and Shirking Flames. I had been using it to do Genesis Mutations earlier in the week and played with it yesterday to level up my Great Axe skill against the Angry Earth in Eridanus.
I didn’t take it out of my inventory all week and today it’s simply gone. I can’t find it in any of my storage sheds either (i’ve checked more than 3 times). There’s no way i destroyed it because it was salvage locked and i don’t drop weapons/armor because i salvage them for the gold.
The only thing i can think of is i could i have somehow accidentally dropped it when i was switching weapons. Sometimes the UI bugs and won’t let you switch weapons by double clicking and you have to resort to manually dragging and dropping weapons into either your inventory or the weapon slot to change them.
I guess it’s possible the game was lagging and if i was switching weapons by dragging them, instead of landing in my inventory it landed on the ground? But i can’t imagine that i wouldn’t have noticed that since when you discard an item it opens up another separate UI bow with the list of items to be discarded. And then if you leave legendary items on the ground that would be noticeable too…
Is there any way my item can be restored?

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
- Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
