Problem: lost gen orb
Random world maintenance at 1/18/2022 at 6:40pm no heads up making me lose out on gen orb can I least get it back?

I see the inconvenience with the maintenance but i recommend you to wait until the server is back online and check if the Orb is there in your inventory.
If you don’t find the Orb there, Please contact live support through chat here: New World - Support | Amazon Games
That way we can receive the pertinent information to help you with this.
Be sure to have your game logs ready in case they ask for them:
Provide 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
